Areas we serve
Housing age is the single best predictor of what your kitchen project will cost — and it varies more across Williamson County than most people expect. A Sun City kitchen from 1998, a Round Rock kitchen from 2002, and a Cedar Park kitchen from 2015 are three different jobs at three different price points.
Georgetown
Most varied stock in the county. Sun City’s 7,500+ homes from 1996 onward, fast-growing new subdivisions like Wolf Ranch, and genuinely old housing near the square.
Typical project: full remodel, $25,000–$45,000, with accessibility upgrades common.
Round Rock
Largest and busiest remodeling market here. Median build year around 2002, so a very large number of kitchens are 20–25 years old at once.
Typical project: full remodel keeping the layout, $25,000–$45,000. Opening the wall to the living room is the most requested change.
Cedar Park
Newest stock of the three. Much of it built in the 2000s and 2010s, structurally current, with finishes rather than function as the problem.
Typical project: refresh, $8,000–$20,000. Be cautious of gut-remodel quotes on a newer home.

Contractors in this network also work in Leander, Hutto, Liberty Hill, and Pflugerville, and many will travel across the county line into north Austin.
Those cities skew newer still — Leander and Liberty Hill in particular have grown enormously in the last decade — which generally means refresh-tier projects rather than full remodels. The same guidance on our Cedar Park page about being wary of oversized quotes on newer homes applies there too.
Why we organize by city rather than just taking any job
Two reasons, both practical.
First, a contractor who regularly works in your neighborhood knows the floor plans. In tract-built subdivisions — which is most of this county — the same builder used a handful of plans across hundreds of homes. Someone who has opened up three kitchens in your subdivision already knows where the plumbing runs and which walls carry load. That knowledge prevents expensive surprises.
Second, travel time is real. A remodel involves a crew on site most days for weeks. A contractor driving 45 minutes each way is more likely to have schedule slip than one working ten minutes away, and it shows up in your timeline whether or not it shows up in your quote.
